Staff and Training

At Frostree we take your specification, however exacting, and design, fabricate and install all our products.

Frostree currently employ 30 fabricators and installers who report to our two installation managers or our factory manager. Our skilled workforce is backed by administration staff and supported by our dedicated estimating department who employ the latest software to ensure smooth operation and fast attention to our customer’s requirements.

75% of our installers have achieved NVQ level 2 in fenestration, the remainder are working towards this qualification. All staff members under 25 years of age are working towards relevant NVQ’s. All installers hold CSCS registration cards.

Frostree are committed to training our staff to all relevant UK and EU health and safety standards.
